A business may have real potential but still appear unprepared to a funder, client or larger partner because its information is incomplete or its internal processes are not properly established.
AfriGrowth exists to help close that gap.
What We Do
AfriGrowth helps contractors, SMMEs, founders, developers, engineers and project-led businesses understand their position, improve their structure, strengthen project controls, prepare better information and identify the most practical next step.
The purpose is not to overwhelm businesses with unnecessary services. The purpose is to connect the actual problem to the appropriate support route.
Our Structure
AfriGrowth Group is the umbrella platform.
AfriGrowth Equities focuses on commercial support, project diagnostics, recovery and controls, funding-pack preparation, business institutionalisation, founder advisory, digital credibility, materials and procurement.
AfriGrowth Civils & Construction is a separate construction and civil works company focused on physical delivery.
Accounting, tax and compliance support may be coordinated through appropriately qualified specialist partners where required.
How We Work
Every requirement follows a practical route:

The client submits the requirement. AfriGrowth assesses the business or project position, scopes the correct service and then mobilises against defined outputs once formally appointed.
Our Direction
South Africa is the starting market. Over time, AfriGrowth intends to develop selected opportunities and partnerships across Zambia, Nigeria, the Democratic Republic of Congo and Tanzania.

AfriGrowth Group is led by Andre Liebenberg, a construction and project management professional with experience across project delivery, contractor support, construction management, procurement coordination and business development.
His work has focused on helping projects and businesses move from planning into practical execution through clearer coordination, stronger delivery systems and accountable management.
AfriGrowth was established from this experience and from a clear understanding of the challenges faced by contractors, property owners and growing businesses when capability, resources and execution are not properly aligned.
